Pros

-ability to take ownership in deliverables at junior level and have interactions with the client -ability to have a substantial trajectory in your career

Cons

-lack of leadership -lack of transparency in year end processes reviews (e.g. utilization standards change and then bonuses taken away) -last minute changes to year end processes due to senior leaders not selling work -rarely hold senior leadership accountable or change leadership when performance declines -senior leaders need substantial coaching on messaging to the practice -salaries are known to be lower than competitors -- it's very well-known by leadership and they won't make any changes which is one of the many reasons why they are seeing significant turnover

Pros

You'll leave with a newfound appreciation for what a real, respectful workplace should look like

Cons

- The CEO treats the company like his personal playground, and everyone else is forced to tiptoe around his moods just to get through the day. - Supervisors twist the truth, contradict one another, and leave employees stuck in constant confusion. - The entire place runs on fear instead of respect, making every day feel like a battle to stay afloat. - Expect to work endless hours that bleed into nights and weekends, all for pay that barely justifies the effort. - Promises of "growth" and "career development" are nothing but lies meant to keep people quiet. - Appreciation does not exist here—only exhaustion, pressure, and silence. - The atmosphere drains any motivation you start with until you feel like you're just surviving instead of building a future. If you value your time, dignity, or mental well-being, stay far away from this place. It is an experience that leaves you exhausted, underpaid, and wondering how such a place is still allowed to operate.

Pros

peers and colleagues were great

Cons

CEO's ego is off the charts. C suite and Partners won't challenge him because he's been known to fire or publicly ridicule people who do.
