Pros

Partnering with federal agencies and expanding professional networks.

Cons

- No proper training or guidance, leaving employees to struggle alone - Lack of support forces staff to figure things out on their own, often under immense pressure - Poor communication leads to constant misunderstandings, finger-pointing, and yelling - The environment is unbearably toxic, making high turnover inevitable

Pros

High impact clients in the life science space, varied project types

Cons

Toxic culture and work environment, some people are fake and will backstab you, even your own managers who’s supposed to advocate for you will backstab you, people very cliquey, pay is awful, good genuine people all got forced out

Pros

Big-name clients looked impressive on a résumé.

Cons

Projects changed hands constantly as consultants left or were reassigned, creating instability for both clients and teams. Long hours were expected without appreciation, and employees were treated as disposable despite the demands placed on them. The churn wasn’t just exhausting—it was destructive to client relationships and credibility.
