Cons

- Huge reliance on federal work, unpredictable client work and cancelled contracts make it difficult to maintain utilization. - Private equity owners driving utilization above all other metrics for performance evaluation - Lack of promotions last two years

Pros

There was a little less of the usual superfluous nonsense most companies put you through other than the actual work they hire you to do. You are still expected to contribute time to company proposal efforts, which when you do, company leadership will completely disregard or forget about altogether when it comes to bonus time every year.

Cons

It's a body shop - just pure soul-crushing staff augmentation work. Not much real consulting going on - at least that was my experience. Rarely saw partners (or management in general) on client site, and if we did client site leadership acted like POTUS himself was coming to visit. If you were lucky you were allowed to speak to them and look them in the eye.
