Horrible management practices negatively impacted employees' well-being and the compensation was far from satisfactory. No one gets promotions. Being promoted from Consultant to Senior Consultant, you would think you would receive a raise, but you don't. Managers only care about themselves. They also don't provide enough support, even though everyone is stressed out. I recommend avoiding it unless you have no other options.
