No pros, they underpay and overwork you and they are vicious

Cons

Left as I could make more $$ and got a promotion at a larger better respected company. They had promised a similar promotion before i entertained a switch, but never promoted me. Upon leaving, they openly stated they would destroy me. As soon as I started my new job, they started sending threatening letters to me and to my new jobs General Council. All lies and innuendo. I supposedly stole secrets, poached people, stole clients. All lies. They kept on doing that relentlessly for 3 months, a threat letter EVERY WEEK to me and my General Council.... At some point it overwhelmed the new company and I was asked to leave. Mission accomplished Guidehouse! My advice, NEVER ever go work there. Vicious people

* no transparency with salary (and heavy discrepancy with salaries) * not enough diversity or internal diversity practice * poor leadership styles among management with no accountability * values business development more than project work * not enough innovation internally

Remote work. Decent health care benefits.

Cons

Low pay. No communication. You will get blamed for everything. Not one promotable position. You go where they want you to go and you have no hope of staying in the same position for years. Quantity is everything. Pressure to work off the clock only to constantly raise expectations. I stuck it out for 8 years but decided I deserved more!
