Pros

- Mostly great team members - Amazing managers on one of the projects I was staffed on - Hybrid and managers were mostly flexible about it - Road to promotions in the lower level were clear and consistent (can't speak on the manager level) - At least in the segment I worked in, co workers weren't toxically competitive

Cons

- Had a very difficult manager on my main project - Variety of projects to be staffed on was limited during my time there - Raises and bonuses were inconsistent year to year
