You'll get plenty of experience to fill your resume.

Cons

Internal support staff is not appreciated at all for the work they do to keep the company running. You won't have a personal life because of the amount of work and the lack of staff. COO and CFO are clueless of the workload. Managers and Directors have no impact. You're on your own to avoid drowning in work; expect to work at least 50 hours a week.
