Got my manager changed 4 times a year because of restructuring. People get layoff quickly. People have to resubmit themselves again to get the project. feel like you are applying or searching for the job again.

The leadership of Guidehouse keeps making horrible decisions that only worsen the company. Our leaders decided to make some changes in the company structure, which created more problems than solutions. The benefits here are also terrible, and although the pay is not bad, it isn't good either.
