Pros

Really hard to think of any. Poor leadership, stupid strategies, meaningless platitudes.

Cons

This company is really crappy. It’s owned by VC vultures obsessed with short term wins. They have awful healthcare coverage, abysmal parental leave, and NO PTO. Instead of PTO you get “DTO,” or “discretionary” time off. This means that any time you take off must be made up for against your target utilization rate. Regardless of client needs (and space), the company is insistent on its in-office, butt-in-seat policy. Annual reviews are graded on a bell curve with hires within the last year automatically receiving 3/5 or lower, regardless of performance. Work product is typical consulting gibberish. Endless ugly PowerPoints full of meaningless muck. Pretty damn miserable place.
