Pros

Its a great place to get some experience. There are a lot of opportunities to grow and develop. The pay is really great. And they premote allot from within.

Cons

HR is a hassel to get in touch with or even work with. They will not respond at all. Depending on project or team work can be really repetitive and unintresting. You should come with mindset of gaining as much as expereince as possiable. Making allot of friends and connections as possiable. Allot of people leave the firm and do really amazing things. In my opinion i wouldnt look at it a long term situation because burnout happens pretty quick. Look it as stepping stone.
