Pros

Compensation is really good and the benefits are amazing!

Cons

Politics, targeting of people, lack of teamwork, promotions are based upon whom they like not by your actual skillset or talent, No support from Project Team, If you don't kiss up to them, brown nose etc., then good luck because they will find a reason to get you wrote up or fired even if they are doing the exact same thing. It's not about your work, it's not about your ideas (which they will steal from you and make it their own after they have asked you to complete a "project" that does not exist only to make themselves look good to their upper management. Once it doesn't work then they will make sure that you take the blame for it. If they don't like you then they will pick on you with little things such as but not limited to harassing you, sending you messages, cutting you off in meetings, not responding to you in a timely manner, and expecting you to respond to them at the drop of a dime. If you come to bring order and change then you are wasting your time. They will only implement the changes or ideas you have until it makes them look good. The moment you start taking the shine from them then guess what? You are officially a target! You are not competition and they do not play fair. They will lie in meetings on camera, they will make up things, falsify emails, meetings etc. to make themselves look like they are doing something good. It's a dirty game and they only want you to "shut up" and do your job. They do not want you to be too ambitious because they will not think it's possible because again if they like you then you are in but if they don't like you then you will get voted out of the island. THIS IS FROM EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! It's things I've bought on this project from being a temp from a staffing agency to getting promoted perm with Guidehouse. They are still until this day are using things that I bought on this project as a temp. Of course, I didn't get credit for it! They are notorious for taking your ideas but if you don't fit the description or look like the type to have done it then just know it's not yours anymore it's there's. The communication was horrible because it was too much politicking going on and people not liking each other, trying to 1 up or go above others. It's departments within the project that didn't like each other, and it affected everyone else. This company is filled with people who do not have experience, but they know how to play the game very well. Again, if you are liked then you are good but don't do too much because then you'll become a target. You can't speak out on things that are wrong because you may do it and it will work but the moment it isn't approved by the director or anyone else then guess what you are fired, terminated, or offboarded!

Pros

Salaries are about average for the industry

Cons

The HR department is a rouge dictatorship that will strip your pay for being too sick, even though they claim you get "unlimited PTO"
