Nothing. Seriously, they don’t even pay well while treating you like crap.

Cons

- horrible leadership. - if you end up on a team as the only man or person of color, there’s no chance of succeeding. - managers can lie - seriously they will lie through their teeth and HR will do nothing. - all their inclusion talk is complete garbage. - expect sexism, racism, and for leaders to behave like ego maniacal little children.

*Lack of central leadership. Partners are not on the same page and do not have say in business decisions. Contrary to what is told to applicants: *No benefits/perks. Traveling rare. *"Up or out" culture. Working weekends normal. No job security. *Minimal training or preparation for role. Typically set up to fail. *Collaboration spaces eliminated and internal networking/training events stripped entirely to save money despite.

This company bought Grant Thornton which forced the hands of many of us to switch over. I was placed on a team where they constantly put blame on me for their mistakes and lack of review. The director would openly lie and manipulate situations. They will use anything you said out of context to make sure you were a bad employee. Strongly believe they targeted former Grant Thornton employees. I was part of the 1st round of layoffs,yet Guidehouse is still hiring for the positions they laid off.
