      Pros

      Most of the employees are helpful. The work itself is rewarding knowing that you're helping people. Pay is average.

      Cons

      Leadership on the non-Federal side needs to be addressed. Some leaders just don't have the leadership skills and others are far too unavailable to support success. This creates roadblocks in day-to-day operations. System performance has gradually decreased for over a half year. Not enough development resources to execute upon all the requested work, so timelines for completing work are long. If you want a job that poses numerous challenges, this is a place where you'll never get bored.

      Pros

      Any positive will depend on your work stream. From my experience you work with capable staff, you will learn a lot, and the hours can be flexible

      Cons

      Leadership doesn’t value truth, talent, or learn from mistakes. PTO says unlimited but its basically 10 days max Promotions based on favoritism, not ability. You will encounter truly awful “leaders”, lets call them “people in charge” because the majority don’t have leadership skills.

      Pros

      Salary as an external hire, that's it. Benefits were decent.

      Cons

      Was told I couldn't get a signing bonus, found out that's a lie. Lack of genuine diversity - I was the only person of color on all of my projects. My boss didn't care about me, my growth or goals. When I resigned he didn't even ask why.
