      Pros

      Fairly inclusive work place and great people to work with.

      Cons

      Salary and bonuses are just not competitive enough to attract and keep talent. The expectation to perform like a traditional management consulting firm is not met with the benefits of other consulting firms. Annual increments are almost negligible and rewards/recognition are not representative of the level of effort involved in delivering tasks.

      Maybe more pay but they don’t treat you right and no respect at all

      A horrible place to work! So regret regret didn’t believe those negative reviews. Actually I should quit at the first week; thought I probably just need time to fit in. The place is mess, nothing set up right but no one takes the responsibility but blame on me. I worked 12 years elsewhere with very good reputation. No place like this, no respects at all, those are the nastiest people I ever met in my life. Please save yourself out the miserable!
