Lots of meetings via Teams even before you learn how to do your job but just learn to manage your time/schedule, make time to learn your job. If you become so important and the work can be done on the road, you can take as much time-off as you want or just make that time up when you can but just make sure you place 40 hrs to the client per week! If you do not care about the bonuses, then more time off is available but make sure the workload is managed and you are not busy to the point that your presence is required onsite.

Salary and benefits can be better. If you are not jumping around in consulting companies, the people that stick around tend to get lower pay scale. Loyalty should definitely be valued a lot more.
