Pros

I was part of the Navigant acquisition. There are some amazing people here who really care about their team members. I overall had a positive experience. Many on the legacy Navigant team had a big focus on culture.

Cons

Experienced a lot of disruptive reorgs when I was there. Everyone is aware Guidehouse is trying to grow to sell. The initial (and ongoing) acquisition communication was handled poorly. Some benefit changes due to the acquisition frustrated the staff. Most importantly, the lack of retention bonuses at mid and junior levels means lots of high performer turnover. Leadership is less focused on culture now, which is disappointing because it felt like a lot of progress was being made.
