Pros

Great team members. If you're new to the city, you'll probably make lifelong friends. Great parties and outside activities. You can network with higher ups at other companies, so make that your number one goal!! It's not the most stimulating field, so you can treat it like a sabbatical after college or in between jobs.

Cons

Unless you're sales, you really won't learn or do much that will stand out on your resume. Pay. The CEO. He has a track record of firing people if he doesn't know what they do. They hire really smart people to be on LinkedIn all day and then those people get frustrated and negative.

Awful Firm, Thankless Management, Questionable Business Practices

Pros

Good people, they attract smart talent and well educated people but they all leave within 6 months to a year once they figure out upper management does not care about them at all.

Cons

No room to advance, management could careless about their employees, seen time and again they make promises they have no intention to keep. No respect for work/life balance, very questionable business practices. Horrible salaries....
