Pros

- Friendly, relaxed office culture - More of a 9-5 job than other expert networks - Quick promotion for high performers - Lots of opportunities to move internally - Diverse client exposure Overall, this is a pretty good place to work, especially after you "survive" the entry level role. FWIW, 90%+ of the reviews here are for the entry level role, which, admittedly, is tough but essential to the business model. Once you start to manage client relationships it's a solid firm to hone your skills and grow professionally.

Cons

- The RA role sucks - it's great exposure for an entry level person, but it sucks. It sucks at all of our competitor firms too. High pressure, rote, dumb work. The firm could do a much better job of integrating RA's into client facing roles. That said, the role is not without its benefits. The salary is competitve and benefits are reasonably good. Hours are good and you aren't expected to work when not in the office (a rarity these days). - Limited technology to support more flexible work arrangements. The CEO has this hangup about people being at their desks every day. It's not 1990 any more. - The physical office is gross and terrible, but they are moving to new digs later this year.

Disappointing

Pros

The people are great, your co workers help mend the day to day grind. Unfortunately this is it.

Cons

The environment is as dry as dirt. Morale is extremely low due to various reasons; low pay, long work hours and little time off are all huge short comings. This place has nothing to offer anyone outside the entry level college grad looking for a first job. Management is extremely short sighted, what ever brings in the next round of a record breaking month, nothing more. Raising concerns regarding the future of the company considering the high turn over and lack of experience building a business. It's sad, the talent that joins this business then leaves in droves due to the same exact reasons, the general thinking is nothing will change. Management has clearly wrote the positive reviews here, reflecting the denial of such an environment. Until these things change, the trend will continue or worsen.

Not A Great Place

Pros

Most of the people are nice. Everyone seems equally miserable so you bond over that. Some opportunities to socialize.

Cons

The pay is horrible. Very, very, very high turnover. Most of the long, "honest" five star reviews on here are written by management, which says a lot about the company.
