Stay away! Just a sales job where you will learn nothing

While the cons heavily outweigh the pros, I'll say that one pro is that all associates are very young and mostly college grads, so it can be a great place to meet similar people

Cons

1) The associate role is just a sales role when you spend 90% of your day spamming people on Linkedin, via phone, and via email. You are trained to be a robot for most of the day and spend very little time actually "researching" and learning topics. 2) Hours are pretty bad- they're from 9 am - 6 pm but 6 pm usually ends up being 6:30 and maybe occasionally 7 pm. 3) The way things are organized feel extremely messy/disorganized- project managers just spam you with things to do all day and you are expected to always be responsive 4) Company feels >90% white people that all fit the same vibe of preppy private school graduates. As a POC, the lack of racial diversity is incredibly shocking.

Best team I could have asked for! Moderate work life balance

Cons

Poor health insurance, bonuses are basically non-existent. Basic US holidays are still work days. Limited room for growth unless someone above you leaves
