Pros

You get to meet very nice, cool people.

Cons

1. Extreme repetitive and boring work. The first few months in this job is interesting because you get to learn everything about the database and techniques when reaching to to potential advisors. After that, you start to lose motivation because management keeps pushing you to do better, when you ALREADY are. 2. Even if you do really well in your job and try your best at everything, you don't get recognized for it. Clients make you do their work and never come back with feedback on the service you provide. 3. Absolutely no opportunity for career advancement. Unless you want to be cold calling and cold emailing random people on linkedin your whole life, get out and find a better job ASAP.

It's a good first job, with good working hours. You learn a lot about different industries and get to speak with senior people on a daily basis.

Cons

Can become a bit repetitive at times. Also, there is not much research involved, other than searching LinkedIn.
