Pros
- Fast paced environemt - Working for the most renowned clients in the world - Company growing in a very dynamic market - Great team spirit - Super international team - High transparency about company's and individual's performance - Relatively fast progression for good performers - You can become a people manager at a very young age - Well, nice office environment - when we were still working out of the office before Covid
Cons
- Entry position gets repetitive - You will need a high frustration tolerance for the job - Strong focus on numbers and performance - Not enough internal trainings given to people that are progressing almost too fast in the organisation - Starting salary a bit low; you will depend a bit too much on monthly commission; or a fast promotion (salary on Team Manager level much better) - Manager position requires 110% commitment and overhours (this is driven by crazy client behaviour)
