      - Good pay - Young company culture - Coworkers are your peers - Casual work environment and dress code - Located in Chelsea, New York City

      Cons

      - Little to no transferrable skills; to move out of this job you need to either go back to school or network really well to get another job - Poor management;Team Leads and VPs get promoted due to favoritism and they have no real leadership skills to run a team - Clients are institutional investors and can be demanding and rude

      OT is not the problem. Everybody knows ENS industry have to OT all the time. It’s the people there that only does politics and care about their kingdom. If you are a new joiner please be careful of the woman who will keep on asking you is everything good because the moment you tell her everyone will know what your complains are about the company.
