I started as an entry-level Research Analyst and became a Project Manager in less than three years.

Cons

I was the only person of color on my team for almost all my time at Guidepoint. For a company based in one of the most diverse cities in the world, it is seriously lacking diversity.

You get to know many industries

Cons

Quite a bad position actually, just mostly telephone sales and just a call center, that's about it. People aren't the smartest around tbh and not very sharp looking.
