Pros

- colleagues are nice - office in Central London

Cons

- the job description is very misleading, they say it isn't a sales job but it pretty much is. Also there's no research involved, you're just spamming on LinkedIn - managers are very discriminating and toxic but somehow they get promoted instead. - All they care about is numbers even though it's very luck based, as it depends on the angle/project you get given - you don't learn much through this job - expected to work overtime

Pros

Nice office Frequent drinks Good starting salary for graduate Good place to develop soft phone and email skills

Cons

Toxic work culture. Misleading job spec, you’ll be on the phone cold calling all day trying to get executives to sign up to the network. Sink or swim, if you’re not good at the job within a month of starting management will forget who you are and stop giving you any “good” projects. No training or development after starting. Management generally don’t have a clue how manage people. Overtime every day is expected. Extremely high employee turnover. No hard skill development.
