Pros

Good culture, excellent work life balance, can work from home twice a week, great balance if you are happy with staying in the Expert Network industry long-term.

Cons

Not ideal if you are extremely ambitious in terms of financial goals and career prestige (in my opinion).

Good pay and incentive structure and hybrid work culture and benefits. Defined KPIs and career path

Cons

Culture in the office is not great overall a few negative people and politics present. Not really inclusive didn’t feel comfortable during my time working there. After a while it gets monotonous and just process oriented Structure of achieving targets are not completely in your control Management did not guide on solving problems just asked to figure it out
