Pros

Teams are friendly and support each other. Working hours are manageable during working hours as long as you can finish your work only a few times that need to do extra hours during the peak period.

Cons

Career path just starts to see clearer on steps to move forward. RA commission should not be capped to motivate them to push harder.

Dull management. Lack of leadership and vision of the company. Just get ease yourself before move on to the next stage.
