Made some good friends and children and their families were wonderful

Cons

Long days for a low pay. No paid federal holidays. No paid school breaks. The school is open all year around. Barely get 20 days of PTO and forced to use it every time you are sick - yep, no sick time off offered. The quality of the curriculum is low. Many children get behind and not ready for public schools.

The team is great and made great friends.

Cons

Too little pay in an area where the cost of living is high. Nine hour days.... I was a teacher in public school for four years and thought I would learn Montessori philosophy but it felt like glorified babysitting.

-Ratios are challenging and should be reconsidered -Staff training is lack luster -Regional team is useless: RM, Facilities, all of them.
