The thing I love most about Guidepost Montessori is our team's commitment to high-quality education within a professional work environment. We provide lots of training up front for new Nido and Toddler Guides who are new to leading a Montessori classroom. I work with an amazing team of educators who love collaborating and growing together. We are professionals and we take our work seriously!
Cons
Our school is brand new and less than a year old which means that it can sometimes be stressful trying to get things set-up. There are always bumps along the way when opening a new school and it's up to us to be ready to take on those challenges. One of our core values is "Be a Practical Idealist" which means that we are ready to be flexible and adapt as things are changing. I really enjoy being part of a start-up school, but this might not be for everyone!
