Pros

I really feel taken care of and valued by my colleagues. This organization has such a tight-knit community of employees and the individuals with whom we work are a delight to say the least. I look forward to going to work there, as I get so much fulfillment from this position and the atmosphere is so cheerful and lively.

Cons

I only work part time and would love more hours (but that's not really a con).

Pros

The consumers are what make this job great and comfortable. They are realy amazing!

Cons

Most of the managers suck. The whole agency is sneaky and don't even help you out when you have an issue. They don't go by the union rules. Managers take advantage of everything. I've been part time for 2 years and everything is by who was there first and even if you been there longer they're is no loyalty at all in this agency!!! Pay sucks and is not worth it.
