Pros

Very flexible with shift scheduling. Great if you have school and or another job. More of a home setting because most residents live in a 2 family group home.

Cons

Low pay for what you do. Not many hours to work. They're cutting overtime hours and limiting how many hours you can work but are hiring new people daily so you cant work more. Their way of not giving full time and benefits because of ObamaCare.
