Pros

New leadership that is focused on stability over profit- and they actually following through, not just giving false hope and promises. Great coworkers. Meaningful work. Good pay for mental health/non-profit work.

Cons

Just like any other mental health service agency in the twin cities area... turnover. Stress due to the nature of the work.

Pros

None. Management is open to doing activities with clients but that’s about it

Cons

Poor pay and benefits, inconsistent and sketchy management, work can feel unsafe and provides no training for working with the multitude of scenarios that comes with people diagnosed with SPMI’s. Zero opportunity for growth
