Pros

-The work done for students was amazing, it was life-affirming to see the changes made in their lives. -Wide campus, many different fields and careers that you can interact with to get different perspectives

Cons

-Some departments and leadership groups are very open and welcoming, but the majority are not -Long-time employees are largely independent and are not micro-managed to the same level of new employees -All managers I interacted with are very much a "kiss up, s*** down" management style, everything that you do is AMPLIFIED no matter how small a mistake it was and the management will never push back on bad orders from above

work schedule was generally pretty easy and in my particular department, it was tailor-made to fit my personal schedule

cold and corporate- top down micro-management from upper administration; DEI hires everywhere

Small class sizes,,close walking distance

Cons

Ridiculous, bias were unprofessional and rude and the school hires basically anyone. We have favorite students and treat them better than students we don't like.
