Working at GTCC provides flexible hours in order to effectively balance one's family/work/social life.

Cons

Some department managers tend to allow the low percentage of negative statements about instructors by failing students to supersede the higher percentage of praises by students who are happy with their instructors. In essence, some department managers will focus on negativity regarding their instructors and never take the time to seek positive comments from students.
