Cons

In higher education settings, the financial success of an institution typically rises when the economy is down and lowers when the economy thrives. Pay and availability of jobs can depend on how healthy (or unhealthy) the local economy is rather than having anything to do with job performance or work ethic. Recent changes at this college are drastic and seem to be made with little to no explanation to the workers.
