Great support , autonomy and positive instruction environment. This was a rewarding opportunity to foster a diverse group of students through career changes and personal growth.

Cons

The program had long periods of dormancy which interrupted continuity and updating the courses to accommodate contemporary technology. Such programs can be affected by shifts in direction and values that come with changes in the management of the sponsors.
