Great at the store level - corporate is full of scumbags

Pros

Its an amazing experience to be surrounded by musicians and gear all day long, discounts are awesome, gain is even better. Health benefits are fantastic as well

Cons

Management from CSM and higher has always been trash, they're promote anyone to fill a slot and the store and employees suffer. Corporate is even worse, full of scum bags that will fire staff and start drama across the chain. Also once you're full time they will schedule you so you spend all your daylight at GC 5 days a week and will not work with you to accommodate.

Amazing benefits, friendly work environment, good pay, ability / encouragement to express yourself. HR also genuinely cares about employees and will reach out to you to make sure your work experience is enjoyable

Cons

Lessons associates rely on hours instead of sales because we don't make commission and hours were unstable, could be 10-30 a week
