Pros

If you do the work, the experience is excellent. There's lots of room to grow, and the systems in place support employee success.

Cons

There's a lack of harmony between the call centers and physical stores. A lot gets lost in translation and customers wind up confused.

Pros

-Flexibility in creating lessons and curriculum -able to work in music and education

Cons

- Guitar Center takes more than half of what they make from lessons -Won’t pay for prep time -Literally no extra time whatsoever. Not even to tidy up your lesson room. Your clock out time must be when your last lesson is. -Disorganized management and scheduling. -lots of turnover
