Pros

Don’t have to book your own students, if you put in effort your student base will grow, it’s fun and easy.

Cons

Hard to get full time unless you’re in a music city. They also should pay more. Private studios pay literally double.

Pros

Commissions- if you know your products, you'll have a great opportunity to make a ton off money. You'll meet and possibly network with talented coworkers and customers.

Cons

Commissions- if the store is slow, it will hurt your Sales per hour (SPH) SPH- commissions are based only on average sales you make hourly. If the store is slow; it may hurt your commission rate. Understaffed- not even managers fault, store could use more hands but can only have a certain number. Old POS systems
