      -great , chill coworkers -flexible hours (i’m sure this depends on your store/manager tho)

      Cons

      -one of the most heartless upper managements ever… -they don’t care about you. it doesn’t matter how long you’ve been with the company or what your numbers are -the $9 plus 3% (if ur lucky) commission you make is NOT worth what you have to deal with -this company will probably not exist in a few years it’s so badly managed

      Fun industry, some really talented good people.

      Cons

      So much political bs. It’s less about your skill set and more about if you can assimilate to their mind games and survive the bullying. A lot of upper management who have been in their positions for decades that idolize their position and title ad are stuck in the 80s/90s.

      Pros

      Minus the VP's and Executives, most people here are great... They all love music, so how can they be bad right? Oh wait, they could call in sick to work every other day leaving you to cover their projects while management does nothing to better the situation.

      Cons

      The pay is very low for anyone less than a director so good luck finding an apartment you can afford within 1 hour of the office. The 101 traffic will consume your soul. There might be an option to park your van in the parking lot and live there...
