Imagine the snakiest salespeople in high levels of management with the Bain Capital pay strategies. Even with immense sales, their commission checks are dismal and they will get you to sell warranties. Their corporate culture rewards the seediest of people.

Every salesperson who worked there were absolute sharks. It got to the point where workers were getting into verbal fights in front of customers about who would get the commission. My manager at the time never mentioned meeting sales goals until the day I was written up for it. When the store first opened, we had "veterans" from each department come to teach us the ropes, but instead of teaching us, they just went on a sales rampage, and we learned absolutely nothing.
