Pros

It has a fun culture and provides opportunity for those who are ambitious. Requires a lot of hard work to get ahead but the opps are there. You can start in sales with no college education and work your way up for a great career

Cons

the entry level pay is very low and the hours demand a lot of dedication....hard to balance other things in your life

Pros

Lots of gear to play with, decent benefits and an ok environment at the store level. Great base for networking.

Cons

Unreasonable pay structure, especially among frontline sales people. Very high employee turnover. Multiple layers of mid-management accountable to quarterly sales numbers. Short-term and short-sighted management style.
