Great product, I had good managers too. Fun workplace environment and colleagues who cared about aviation.

Cons

I didn’t always agree with senior leadership’s decision making. Others’ experience with management was different than mine. Your overall experience will depend heavily on your department, job role, and manager.

I worked in Long Beach, CA and was able to have a great schedule of 4 10's. The benefits were great and the pay was well above average. Great experience working there. There was always opportunities for overtime as well.

Cons

Honestly didn't have many complaints. Started off as a contractor and got direct hired.
