      Nice Hangars Great tool and equipment selection Competitive pay at first (with inflation my pay was seriously lacking)

      benefits are annoying to use HR is not on your side you are just another number, big company rules Dont count on those raises Dont expect professionalism from co-workers, they are just having fun Lot of time spent talking about nothing. maintenance manuals riddled with errors and vague technical processes Follow the book though, because if anything happens they are gonna ask what vaguely defined step you were on.

      As title says, great place to learn a ton of new things. They expect hard work and overtime, but reward those who meet the challenges.
