      Gives you a paycheck everyweek

      Cons

      Micro managed to the highest degree. Poor Communication between employees and managers Exploitative tactics used on contract employees such as refusing to make them permanent employees unless they work insane and awkward shifts and hours. Absolutely no room for advancement...Good ole boy system at its finest. Poor and pathetic company culture.

      Great pay for Savannah if you have to live here.

      Cons

      Worst place to work if you have ever worked outside of Savannah, Georgia HR is a joke and management is awful. Don't get stuck here. Savannah is a great place to visit but, the jobs suck and Gulfstream sucks too. What a waste of time out of my life!

      Cool work. I enjoyed working with incredible aircraft.

      Cons

      Worst leadership you could possibly imagine. It is so bad. I could probably write a book about it. Leadership told us to take vacation before December because we would be “busy,” then furloughed us for five weeks come December… without pay, but legally, you could use vacation to cover the furlough…. There are more stories, but man, was leadership brutal.
