Pros

- competitive pay (though distribution is questionable) - great upside growth potential for company

Cons

- human resources is mired in the past, unable to provide any meaningful leadership - selective application of company policies allows protection for nepotism hires and the "old guard" - no defined strategy for company - Savannah, home to backwards thinking

Pros

Good pay and benefits for savannah.

Cons

They don't follow there own policies unless they want to! They just blow people off when they want to and there's nothing you can do about it.

Pros

Lots of opportunity for working on a wide variety of projects. Work on leading-edge business jet technology. Most engineers are highly motivated and competent. Good compensation and benefits.

Cons

Overloaded with projects with unrealistic deadlines. Manifested in high stress levels, health problems, broken marriages. Overly schedule- and cost-driven. Competitive, rather than service-oriented, atmosphere. Rigid working hours.
