Pros

Great company benefits, good team culture. Employees are well looked after and workload is managed well in a high pressure VIP aviation environment.

Cons

Occasional bureaucracy that can cause frustration with certain decision being made that affect majority of the staff but the company is managed well wholly.

Great people but poorly managed company

Pros

Majority of employees are amazing people Learning what goes into a poorly run company. It really is beneficial to work somewhere so bad that you can find any improvement opportunity you could want. You will never actually be able to implement the improvement though so the opportunity is more theoretical thinking. If you want to move into a higher position you’ll learn to be on your knees and how to develop lockjaw.

Cons

The worst run company you’ll hopefully ever have to suffer in.
