      Great salary for the area

      Cons

      with 16 year of 16 experience behind me the 2 years I spent at GAC were the worst, the IT organization is fractured by poor senior management and leadership, broken by internal politics and lack of communications.

      Tuition reimbursement, good overall benefits, pay is quite good for the area, you can advance if you are willing to assimilate and learn to fit in

      Cons

      Don’t think you can buck the system, change is tough there, advancement is tough if you are used to a system based on fairness. Be prepared for a bunch of white guys who are comfortable in status quo, enjoy guns, hunting, and drinking as hobbies.

      Great company with some great benefits and bonuses.

      Cons

      seems more of a who you know type of environment. You come to work, give your all and you are still stuck in the same position, without any career advancement.
