Pros

Great pay, great challenges, great product

Cons

Lots of pressure. Tons of conflicting goals, from safety to environmental to ergonomics to diversity/inclusion and leadership model, but the company only cares about getting product out. Press against the wrong conflicting goal and you'll get thrown under the bus.

Pros

Pay and vacation time .

Cons

Policy and protocol over practical fact based situations. Management is unorganized has has too many layers. Interpretation of "Policy and Protocol" in so many layers breeds hypocrisy and poor quality management. You have a better chance of vacationing in North Korea than hearing anything encouraging in "Roll down" meetings departmentally or "All hands" meetings.
