      Pros

      Good pay and OK benefits. Prior to covid there were several options for professional development. Some leaders are good. Some are not.

      Cons

      Layoffs are frequent and no one is immune. When its time to build up workforce again its a huge and disorganized scramble. Very little room for advancement (only a small few seem to advance). Only two weeks vacation for new hires for several years.

      Good company if you are an good old boy in Savannah

      Pros

      6% 401k match, fast promotions in Savannah, looks good on the resume, opportunities for several lateral moves to explore new areas, work is interesting

      Cons

      Good old boy network is strong. Need to either be ex military, Christian, white or republican to move up the ladder. Initiative gets hammered down immediately so try not to stick out for ANY reason good or bad. The sites have a good work atmosphere devoid of the good old boy system but absolutely no career progression. The whole company follows the motto “ rules depend on the person the rule is being applied to”.

      Great pay and Benefits. Challenging and great product to be proud of.

      Cons

      Your just a number at the end of the no matter the years of loyalty and dedication. High stress , must perform others roles no matter how short staffed or you will be replaced or moved to the side.
