Pros

Coworkers were a good group of people. Those who actually touched an aircraft had high integrity. Decent pay, good benefits.

Cons

Managers had unreasonable demands when deadlines were near. Thinly veiled demands to get it out on time regardless of safety or legality.

Pros

Paid well for level of work. Safe clean working environment. Peers and co-workers including production employees are good to work with. Production management is competent and well intentioned.

Cons

Manufacturing Engineering management team was inadequately trained and lacked proper credentials for leadership role which caused high employee turnover and undue stress. Unskilled abusive management only used fear as their management tool which created a hostile environment and high turnover. Staunch middle management proliferates archaic and unproductive "top down" autocratic style through organization. Decisions were made that stroked egos over the best interest of the business.
